Bucketrider is the professional avatar of Anja Hartmann, based in Hamburg, Germany.

Anja is owner and principal of bucketrider (www.bucketrider.org), an executive consulting, coaching & counselling practice she founded after 12 years as a parter & consultant with a global top management consulting firm. She works with large businesses, industrial players, public and non-governmental institutions to support the strategic, organizational and personal development needed to deal with today’s business challenges. She also holds an M.A. in history, philosophy, and computer science, as well as a PhD and a post-doctorate degree in political & social sciences. When not with her clients, she enjoys being coached by her young son.
